I am auctioning my old shop, which was called Elder Store, and first was named Enchantment Shop (originally owned by Term and Slash). The building is in its original state of the Elder Store.

It is quite small, but could easily be transformed into a new shop, a lobby for some kind of grinders or a house.

Included in the price:
- Region renaming
- Region owner changing
- Building itself
- All materials in the build
- Removal of the ShopChests
- An ad to your place (shop/grinders/etc.) placed at Suntopia


The instant buy price is 50,000 Coins.

What if i add an enchanted valk axe (Unbreaking 3, efficiency IV) and another pick with enchants (Unbreaking 3, efficiency IV)?
