Valk = two more armor and good for tasks from afar.
One votepoint = around 3-5 diamonds worth?
Diamond armor = 5-8 votepoints and two less armor plus like two less block distance reach.
Therefore the whole set of diamond armor is worth less than a single piece of Valkyrie, thus diamond armor is much cheaper yet still very strong.

I would choose the full valkyrie armor. Why?
When I was vacating my vault the other day, I couldn't help but notice that I was virulently opposed to letting my virtual guard down to vicious attackers. I'm being vocal in my opinion simply because I don't want another player vulnerable to attack by vanished vanguards, since you insulted them, and their pride since they are vane. Now you may question the validity of my phrase, but I sure you that full valkyrie armor provides a valiance unmatched by the cloud staff, and will leave your opponents vehement.

Shield gives stat defense like armor and is cheaper.
Cloud staff is probably only useful in pvp conditions. They don't do much damage. I think they're annoying and impractical.
