I've always been there when you had coding questions. You should have nagged me the same way when you got demoted.

Anyways, the lack of native english speaking skills would make it impossible for me to win that argument.

Just gonna go ahead and take this post apart to prove my point.

So. You ask me why I never asked you about my demotion. Because I knew, it was obvious what it was, everybody on the staff team knew, asking you wouldn't help validate anything. The reason was irrational. No other way to put it.

Carrying on you tell me to nag you when I got demoted. Nagging in itself is irritating someone to the point where you get your way. It's manipulative and degrading. You shouldn't have to nag to see reasoning, it should be clear from the start. Before you jump on that, your own point earlier helps defend it. You don't care about my opinion. This makes it crystal clear what your stance is. You've said it right here, that you wouldn't care what I say. (making the whole act of nagging purely manipulative)

So right here, you've said:
1) You don't care.
2) You encourage manipulation as a way to get what you like.

Moving on, we come up to Cyn.
Cyn argued because she saw something wrong, and she wanted it right. When she'd (No offence intended, Cyn), nagged you into seeing her problem with Vepas, you just threw him to the ground with his staff status walking. Then not long later, the entire situations reversed and now Cyn is on the ground because you couldn't handled it and snapped, making do with whatever made people quiet, whatever you could just to make people quiet down, rather than solve the issue.

Then we come to here.
I'm going to have to bring this up because it's important, I apologize if you didn't want it said Vepas. It's known between several of us that the reason Vepas recently "Resigned" is because you didn't like him. Or more specifically, because you wouldn't miss him. This is outright slanderous. It's worse than my reason tenfold.

Resignation my ass. You didn't even give him a choice.

1) Nide, your idea of reasoning? It's not working.
I feel like you want people to nag you, as Blob said, but then you also still usually deny them. When people beg, it brings them lower. I think you like that. Irrationality is not good. Having reasonable discussions to solve problems-any problem, including all of the demoting going on here-is extremely important. It causes less fights, and usually no respect changes, and most come out friendly. With your method, people come out upset, angry (like this), or they think of the whole thing as a lost cause.

2) Finding out that happened to VepaS was like a punch in the stomach.
This server seems to be Not a dictatorship, but a totalitarian government. Nide controls almost everything, with admins down by his sides. They don't have too much power, though, as Nide can remove them whenever he wants. Demoting an admin by force? That's bad for the community. And then lying about it? Even worse. Its hard to believe players allow this to happen.

3) The reason was ridiculous.
He left for a week. And got demoted. It was not obvious that that's why he was demoted, at least not for me. I feel like...you try to send an invisible message, and when it fly's by you think nobody cares. Why Blob didn't ask you? I assume because it could have started an argument in which Blobby didn't come out.

4) Unallowing speech.
You tried to forumban Blobby, and you locked the topic. That makes no sense. It means you make decisions for him, making this even more of a totalitarian government. If Blob has things to say, don't lock him out of it. Let him speak. If that fails to happen, you drag yourself to a new low.

Getting slandered because of this is even worse, so I hope I'm not. And slander means agreement. And the admins do what needs to be done to solve problems quickly. I don't want a ban for this. Because if that happened, I'd have no way to speak. We make decisions on our own. Let us. If we have reasons to argue, let us. Blob got really angry, and though it was a bit of overkill, it sent the right message.

You only seem to be targeting nidefawls decisions. "I want to state my opinion." Are you sure your stating your own opinion(s)?
