How do dungeons work?

Hello! I've been playing craftland for a while now, but I still don't understand how the dungeon resets work. Can someone explain?
Dungeons reset automatically when beaten after a randomized period of time. This won't occur when players are nearby.
Dungeons can also be forcefully reset by staff members in case the bosses get stuck or..."Leave" the dungeon.
