If cheating is happening, it is happening to everyone and not just a select bunch of people. I fear that any attempt to remove the cheating (which I do support) will rig the competition, because it is impossible to remove all of it, and then you give a benefit to certain people.

How is that an example of cheating? One small shift in the percentage could just mean someone liked his video and not yours. I liked his video and not yours too, so what's the problem with someone else having the same opinion? One small bump doesn't amount to cheating, and it's a shame you instantly post it on the forums saying you're being cheated. Fun.

Also, based on your previous comment, I can't make out your definition of
cheating. Could you please elaborate on it in this context?

If one small bump doesn't amount to cheating, neither do 10 small bumps that were all made by different people who just happened to have the same opinion.
