Weekly News: February 5th

Last Week ReCap:
Last week the ball started to roll for many parts of craftland. We started to get more players coming on to the server with a good amount of the staff stepping up, talking with one another, and as a whole improving.
The week was a start for many projects and the start for progress to making our community better. First of things was that there was a new News post created to make sure the community knows we are not dead and not doing something but can see that we are active and working. These posts are "Weekly News" post and a bi-weekly post called "Community Spotlight". More different types of posts will be happening through out the weeks different than these but this is at least a start.

Along with these posts we had an Update to the server. It was a small update, but an important one. This update set the ground work for the 7.4 Update and made some small fixes and changes to benefit the server.
Upcoming Update:
7.4 Update:
The 7.4 update is on its way and the community will be happy when it comes out. But did you know that this update will open the doors for many more Special offers, Dungeon loot, Vote Shop Purchasable, Contest Prizes, and even more? Content that even the community can help us with! Stay tuned for more information on this update within the next couple weeks or even days.
7.4x+ Update:
Not knowing if the update is going to be under the 7.4 line or its own big update, but the following content if possible Quake maps that might be hitting the server! These maps still need some work on but might be coming sometime to everyone.

Contest / Events:
No event or contest has been scheduled, but there possibly will be something announced later this week so keep your eyes open. Things are still being talked about the possibility of one so if one does happen this week we will let you know. Current Ideas for what we might do is a building contest, quake event, or something along those lines. Please leave your suggestions in the comments!
