- Fixed a major bug with GPU memory deallocation
This caused invisible entities, chests, littleblocks
This also was a major memory leak

- Fixed villagers not having any high level enchanted books

- Added a new Ring
- Added a new Arena Boss

- This years Halloween event starts with this update and ends on November 2nd.

- Added a new region flag "Chest shop access"
All region owners can modify this flag
The older "Chest access" flag no longer affects chest shops
The initial state of this flag was copied from the regions current "Chest Access" flag
The "Chest Access" can no longer be toggled by players or helpers

- Helpers can no longer modify all region flags.

- Added the command /beaconeffects
With this command you can prevent beacon effects getting applied to you
- Added /nohalloween if you want to disable the enforced halloween night time

Good thing that Chest Acces can't be toggled anymore. Looking nice this update!

well the thing was that this is a fix of a problem with the players locking themselfs out hero so its a good fix

The chest access is now on default - that means if your not added to region you cant get into the chests so notting is broken

Um, no. If it's default, then JJgrinders is definitely broken, as are most others that required chest access on allow.

I could be wrong but I dont think flags were changed, if it was null before it should be null now, if it was on before it should be on now.
