MonsterHunt points for spawners are back!

MonsterHunt points for mobspawner kills are back and natural spawned Mobs give 3 times as much points now.
The Region TP flag has also been fixed today.

Don't understand why people wanted this so much but in the end it depends on what the majority of people want.
