Patchnotes 8.2c - Easter Event

- Reset mining world
- Mining world is now VIP+ only, to stop new players dying in that world
- Added easter egg hunt 2018!
- Added vote wheel (Need suggestions for new prizes!)
- Updated ingame and online voting websites
- Added staff badge ingame to help new players find out who is staff
- Small other bug fixes

Why is the easter event the same as last year (and all of the skins)

All the staff have been really busy recently, so later on next month a Spring/Summer event will be released after the easter one.

I had some real life issues pop up (dad in icu etc etc), So im finishing the event I was planning to be more of a spring event.
