Inactive staff members

I know that many people might give me hate for this but I don't care.

I told cam he needed to be more active (Not to cause an argument, simply because Adam recently got demoted for it) he over reacted and was going to mute me for speaking the truth, I did this to try help him not for him to take offense too.

His response to me posting this was VERY rude of him.. http://prntscr.com/92qmsl" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; He can't simply mute me for speaking the truth. I'm not expecting this to result in demotion, i'm just letting you know what happened and why I did what I did.

Yeah, that's pretty low, but with that screenshot, you can see that there are 2 more that have hardly been on these 2 weeks. so it's clearly a lack of activity in staff among helpers especially.

And this is doomed to happen unless the staff changes the way they select players.
As it is now, they promote more players then they demote, so in the end it's just doomed to happen. there's WAY to many helpers, I do like the idea with helpers and such compared with other servers who just have more mods, but when a server begins to get way too many staff members they just feel like taking advantage of the mute power and such. And many of them just cares about the title and quits/takes a long brake for a while. so something has to be done unless the daily players wants to have 50 power abusing helpers around, me for sure don't.

Term, you got to understand that some people are very sensitive to the truth... In this world people don't rely on facts anymore, everything is about not hurting peoples feelings. This is the reason why people like me can't form there own opinions without someone crying about it. Even when presented with facts, people can't handle the truth.

I honestly don't see anything wrong with what you said. You were simply being straight forward and (even though you have problems in the past) people should respect that. Although I advise that you keep your arguments in the forums instead of posting it on Global chat.

If you truly wanted to help cam, you could have PM'd him "hi friend I think you should be more active <link to screenshot>". Not call out him in global for it.
I'm not saying its wrong to call him out on it, after all its public information and his reaction wasn't pretty either.

I'm simply saying that If you gonna point out things globally in a mocking fashion, don't try to defend it as being constructive criticism.

Well, I was banned for being disrespectful to cam when I wasn't even being disrespectful, and I was also banned for causing arguments, I didn't cause an argument, I simply tried to help him out. but what ever... To be honest, i'm going to keep my opinion to myself from now on as everytime I give my opinion to people I always some how get banned for it.. to be honest I couldn't give a shit because I don't really enjoy playing craftland there just isn't another server similar to it.

is this supposed be to be a joke or something? because I don't find it funny, and there is so many staff members who aren't even on for an hour each month, so don't try to say this is 'fixed' because there is hard proof that it's not.
