Silver Dungeon that cant be done

Not sure if this is a problem or a bug.
killercurt14 asked if anyone ever found a silver dungeon without stairs.
I tped and actually saw that the dungeon only had 5 rooms and no stair up.
There is no way to fight anything in there.
