Public request to staff.

Please crack down on swearing. People like Term, Xhayer, and igebeke swear all day long with minimal to no consequences. Two of the aforementioned players are good friends of mine, who I love to death. But that doesn't excuse the fact that they break the rules and get away with it. Staff are on (sometimes actively talking in chat) and not warning the players or muting them for cursing; just playing their games. It's kind of ridiculous.
My little cousins come on Craftland to have fun. I showed them this place. They are innocent little kids. Their parents, and our mutual grandparents already don't like me. And now I'm the kid who brought them to a game that taught them the dictionary of swearing.
It's got to stop.

It seems like not that many people get muted for constant caps or swearing anymore I agree with chance.

Exactly, Kye. Why make rules that no one will follow, and no one will enforce?

Are they actually swearing or writing things like F*ck? If it's real swearing I will just code that into herochat and have that automatic.

I barely see Craftland Chat on nor do I normally get on for the matter, but I do agree with RUBINO. I also like to see staff including helpers encourage player the use of Private Message. Let it be part of a warning so players can find an alternative to talk to players without having to compromise everyone elses chat usage.

I can't speak for the others but whenever I see this behavior I take the proper action, for the first offense they are warned and for the second they are muted. If it's bad enough they get muted then warned. I'm honestly disappointed to hear that some other staff might not warn or punish for these offenses, because Craftland is meant to be a child-friendly server without excessive cursing, and the staff should know that.
@Nick: That would be great, my suggestion is to have it tell them "You were automatically muted for X minutes due to inappropriate words." And if they find ways to bypass the filter, that's where regular muting would come in.

Some Helpers aren't paying attenction to chat enough even when they are chatting in the chat, I seen a Helper chatting in chat when there was 2 players saying dirty things about their D size and other things noone should see come from a public global chat and I had to PM him to tell him to warn the guy then he asked me "what should i say to those guys".

Here is an idea for future updates... Add a chat filter of all the known curse words... If someone leet speaks a 'filtered' curse word, then mute him/her without warning.

True, there are also people like Estate who A. use words that will scar a child for life, B. Bully people out of playing or into self doubt, and C. promote bad behavior and little constraint on the internet. If my sister was affected by Esto, I would pull her out of Craftland, and leave it for good.
