Yeah, its just caps. There is a different one for spamming when you say a ton of stuff, I mean like a TON

That should be switched, you should be able to spam caps alot before being auto banned but not able to send many messages.

I think producing more messages creates more lag then caps, which is why i say this.

i dont think it does

but spamming messages will (i assume). that is why the auto ban should be switched.
