Tombstone glitch and Lost Inventory

Tombstone glitch and Lost Inventory

I was carrying a bunch of items and was helping this guy when I had to go to bed. I logged out and when I came back, I was dead. There was no region and there was also no tombstone. I looked at the tombstone list and the first time it said there was one at ID 275. But when i tried to retrieve it, warp there, or list it again it was gone. So, in summary:
1. Can someone restore my inventory?
2. This seems like a bug.
