Wiped Tile Entities and Deactivated Website Account

My cousin, Chainswteddybear, and her friend, Gavenom, had their chest entities wiped. Normally, they'd make a post, but it tells them their account requires admin reactivation. They can never get on when a moderator is on, either. Just bad luck, I suppose.
