Death Chests do not work anymore

Death Chests do not work anymore

This has happened to me and I have seen it happen to others. When you die, usually a deathchest is created, however, the items you were carrying do not go in the chest, and lie on the ground at your death point. I think this could be trouble some because other players might steal other player's items.
