Redstone is Lagging Again

This seems to happen after a few big updates on this server... but the redstone has been broken again so that it takes a long while for it to register anything. This pretty much breaks anything that needs timing or pattern, and especailyl messes with pistons. Please fix, Nide!

I tested a redstone clock yesterday, after the update, with pistons connected to it and i didnt saw any lagging.
