no. i think the "C" in a shield is the creator and the light blue means-talking and dark blue- not talking.

Well from that picture, it is GableBs or his IGN is TheGableBs...and i looked and the "C" in a shield is "Channel Admin" so im assuming thats the Creator.

But another thing i thought about is that , i know to my knowledge, is that only premium 4's can create Channels and gable is only prem 2 and the only Prem 4 in that "Channel" was Rusty.
