I don't ever know how to chane the user account so it looks like cool either it can be a puppy or what just help me with this I don't know how to and how to get there, please help!

ok this is serious why should I have to find out about this why

Navigate to the 'User Control Panel', the little options button next to messages in the top-right corner. Once there, go to the Profile tab, then Edit Avatar. From there you can upload a picture, Enjoy!

It's a small options symbol next to the messages tab.
