I'm not able to pay for an unban, yet I'm banned from the servers. I know that I should have been banned, but I'm willing to spare a few dollars to get unbanned.

Admins/mods can disable the pay the unban fee for certain players.

you have obviously done something really bad or have been banned before that reqiured a pay to unban thats why you cannot pay for an unban :?
