Empty Dungeon in the Aether

Hi , i'm kinda new to the server but iv'e been asking to people about the dungeon reset thing and they all said it was every 30min but were i spawn in the aether there is only empty dungeon with sign saying for example "Bronze Dungeon id:1738 , last reset:never" and i looked for around 6-8 dungeon and it was always the same thing , i would like to know if there is only a special place were dungeon reset or i was just really unlucky because its kinda boring to run around the aether searching for dungeon and only finding empty one :/ ?

The dungeon resetting is currently bugged and doesnt work as it suppose to.
To do a dugeon, ask a admin to reset it.
