Separate Chat Tab for IRC

We're getting majorly spammed by a kid with revenge wishes currently via IRC... I really wish we could filter this out somehow.

i mentioned (just an addition to idea). Default its in global chat but maybe make a setting to move it to a different tab.

Nah its not so bad havent seen anyone spamming on irc recently (tho i dont play cf often)
