Uses for plants & mortar in pessle

Post by jetoler » Tue Jul 12, 2016 4:21 am

So as all of you know, there are so many crops in craftland. But most of them, have NO use.

Onions: It would be cool if you could use a knife and an onion in the crafting bench, then, you would make an onion slice, but in the process, it would give you a buff called "tears" for 30 seconds and it would make water particles fall out of your face.

Cotton: I'd like to see some cotton armor (that could be dyed) made from cotton.

Flax: could be used to make paper? idk what flax does.

Tea Leaf Seeds: use tea leaves to make tea. Green, sweet, and hot types.
Green tea: gives regeneration
Sweet tea: Gives strength
Hot tea: heals 5 hearts and causes smoke particles coming from you for 5 seconds.

Peanuts: peanuts can be grounded in the mortar and pestle into peanut butter. which gives mining fatigue for 5 seconds because it's so sticky.

corn: can be put in furnace to make popcorn.

seaweed: can be grown underwater

grape: grape can be squized into grapejuice

Tomato: can be squized into ketchup

chili peppers: makes the screen turn red for a little bit
ghost chili peppers: catches you on FIRE

Crops that should be added:
Kelp: seaweed + sea bean = kelp. Kelp can only be placed in the ocean biome. it can be placed underwater and will keep growing upward until it hits the ocean.

CHANGES TO THE MORTAR AND PESTLE:
-can crush obsidian into stone
-can crush stone into cobblestone
-can crush cobblestone into gravel
-can crush gravel into sand.
-can crush peanuts into peanut butter
-can crush flowers into dyes (that would be the only way to turn flowers into dyes)
