I have played on many servers - in fact, I daresay, probably more than most of you - and I want to say that, primamrily:
MORE ADMINS = BAD

The best server I had ever played on before craftland had ONE admin, and he ran a GRIEFING server with multiple hackers trying to crash it every day.

The biggest problem with many admins is that you get some assholes. Fortunately, craftland doesn't have any assinine admins, but if there are more than a few you always get some newbie haters.

So please, stick with who you have unless someone quits. Maybe having a few more mods would be good, but that's beside the point

With good communication and other admins, we support each other, and also defend the server -from other admins- if such a case is needed.

Admins are people, if a server had 10 admins and 30 players a day, it could easily work out if those admins aren't bad.

Those 30 admins would all have to get along like you guys,though, or things would get screwy.
I think it's impressive that you all can get along and help each other in your specialties.
