Boss spawning idea

Every 2 Minutes waiting at a boss spawner trying to get a Boss to spawn it will grant the player +30 Seconds of a potion effect by the time the boss spawns. If this idea goes through i'd recommend getting rid of the strength buff from the beacon making players want to stay by the boss spawner to get higher Strength buffs by the time when the arena boss spawns.

Strength 1 = Staying at the spawner for at least 2 Minutes.

Strength 2 = Staying at the spawner for at least 6 Minutes.

Strength 3 = Staying at the spawner for at least 10 Minutes.

Strength 4 = Staying at the spawner for at least 20 Minutes.

Strength 5 = Staying at the spawner for At least 40 Minutes.

Strength 6 = Staying at the spawner for at least 60 Minutes

Depending on how many players are trying to stay at the arena for a high strength boost most players may not get a very high strenght buff considering the arena spawner spawns quicker when more people are around it. This could give newer players a good chance if they decides to camp the spawner a full 60 minutes.

Its not a bad idea but most of the players just afk at arena to get the strenght 6 ... Will be a problem this way!

Then, maybe you need to be non-afk for your time to count?
