Perfect Diamond armor and Spectral Armor Set Effects.

Both Perfect Diamond armor and Spectral Armor will have the same effect But Spectral armor effect is more effective than the Perfect Diamond.
- Perfect Diamond Armor Set Effect: Keeps 1-2 Levels of Negative effects off someone.
- Spectral Armor Set Effect: Keeps All Levels of Negative effects off someone Completely.
Now, This would be good because you cannot put books like Unbreaking 10 on spectral equipment like you can with Perfect Diamond armor so I think that the spectral Armor would make players cost more if they want the best Set Effect.
