Effect Book A Book that Gives a hat an effect!

So I was thinking...There could be a Enchanted book That Instead of having enchantments it has Hat effects! You could maybe Infuse an enchanted book in a infusement altar and it creates a Unusual Effect.The book you put in the altar could be a, Effectiveness VI Book!

How would you apply the effect to the hat, an anvil? If so that sounds like a pretty good addition but I see it being OP for players who have 4 wolf heads, there would be no more default hats anymore, just ones with Fx. That's a problem.

You can do this under a few conditions; the items you need to sacrifice are all hats, and the chance of a good effect is VERY VERY VERY low.

eh, I'd say that you have to sacrifice perf dia's but that would make it too easy for people like Frost and land whale who always win the Goldrush. But sacrificing hats? That's a little much don't ya think? But the chance for a good effect should be extremely low.
