The Banker Suggestion.

Basically the Main Area of Spawn where players can all Gather around and Access their Bank accounts, They can either use it to Take and Desposit Coins or Use it to store all of their Items inside, Also if you make a Mail box for craftland for players to send Gifts and special messages to friends Which could be linked to their E-Mail at the same time in game that would be cool to have by this Banker area

Well players can store money in bank accounts, and store items in ender chests, but how about a button or something inside a StorageChest(Im calling that so it isnt confused with any existing blocks). Every storage chest is linked to a player, like an ender chest, but that player can also configure a automatic bank account, that they can press a "+" button to add 1k to that account, or a "-" button to remove 1k. Inside the chest, there would be a GUI, with the selected bank account name, and password(And will obviously check if you are a member/owner of the account), similar to the shop chest account system. It would need to be thought out more, but it Might work.

Yeah sounds good, I was looking towards a More Social place all the players can gather around at and new players might like that and want to stay longer

Heh, a stockmarket for player owned shops on craftland. That would defiantly work.

Then you could tax* player accounts that exceed a limit, making it smarter and better to store most of your money in the bank account instead of the player account, and possibly have a withdraw/deposit fee.

* 1. basically a script that once per 24h took x% of all accounts that exceed the limit y coins.
or
2. basically a script that once per 24h took x% of all accounts, no exceptions.

The second suggestion would open up things like banking for others, (even though this could lead to scams/drama between players it could still be a very nice roleplay/gameplay thing if strict rules were enforced + easy to access moneylog).
The playtime ranks Special unit/addict/no lifer would decrease the % of the daily tax, making it so that higher rank players could (and would want to**) bank for other players.

**possibly that players gain interest(up to a hardlimit) as well. Higher ranked player's interest would exceed the daily tax making them gain money by holding money for others or by hoarding their own money.

(yes I know it's hard to balance this, but imagine how fun it would be if balanced)

No, that's a bad idea because people with a lot of money would lose so much of it.
