(Suggestion 1 [Warrior Chain])
Warrior I - Take part in defeating 1 server boss (Deal more than 500 damage).
Rewards: 500 Coins + 1 Iron Sword
Warrior II - Take part in defeating 5 server bosses (Deal more than 500 damage).
Rewards: 10,000 Coins + 1 Apple
Warrior III - Take part in defeating 25 server bosses (Deal more than 500 damage).
Rewards: 35,000 Coins + 1 Diamond Sword + 1 Golden Apple
Warrior IV - Take part in defeating 100 server bosses (Deal more than 500 damage).
Rewards: 100,000 Coins + 1 Perfect Diamond
Warrior V - Take part in defeating 250 server bosses (Deal more than 500 damage).
Rewards: 125,000 Coins + 1 Valkyrie Sword

Suggestion 2)
Baseball Player - Return a ghast fireball 5 times.
Lore: Batter up!
Rewards: 10 Coins

Suggestion 3)
I think she's dangerous... - Die to a witch 50 times.
Lore: I think so too...
Rewards: 1 Poison III Splash Potion (1:00)

Suggestion 4)
Do you wanna build a snow man? - Place 2,500 snow blocks.
Lore: Well... do you?
Rewards: 1 Pumpkin + 2 Snow Block + 1 Carrot + 10,000 Coins

Suggestion 5)
Failing Economy - Trade with a villager (Costing more than 32 emeralds)
Lore: This economy sucks doesn't it?

Suggestion 10 [Pretty much impossible])
Server Griefer - Destroy 50,000,000 blocks...
Lore: Ok, thank you for griefing our worlds you little s**t.
Rewards: 2,500,000 Coins + Diamond Shovel
Server Griefer II - Destroy 100,000,000 blocks...
Lore: Please... just... stop...
Rewards: 5,000,000 Coins + 128 Perfect Diamonds

I like the ideas, but suggestion 10 simply shouldn't be added. No reward, regardless of how impossible, should reward that extensively
And achievements only work with things recorded by hawkeye. Some of those are not
