Perhaps double the hunger losing speed and make it a bit more hardcore, so the action is all in the game, not the deathmatch.

What about an infected GameMode?
one person spawns in an area and is considered 'infected' and the other players have 30 seconds or so to run around the map to hide, what have you
then if the infected tags you/punches you, you respawn as an infected and the last person alive wins
You could make Achievements by surviving X times, infecting X people and so on.

Ideas:

Capture The Flag- TEAMS CAPTURE FLAGS

Carrier- One person starts off carrying a slimeball. This person tries to keep the slimeball as long as he can. Everyone chases him to try and get it. Person to have carried the slimeball for the longest time in X amount of minutes wins.

Yes. Before CraftLand, I spent all my MineCrafting time on an infection survival server. It was such a fun minigame that my playtime is still half that of CraftLand. Totally past it though after they made zombies practically invincible.

All of this is amazing, but all I want is people who will acually go to the games. Out of a 25-50 players tjat are online, only like 5 actually play the minigames.
