Not sure if anyone has posted this, but because i could not find one (even with search function) i will post it.
I am putting forth the suggestion of something like pet tags.
They could let you name your pets. (moa's, ocelots, wolves, etc...)
They could also let you track your pets after you tag them. (this would be very useful for keeping track of moas that have been dropped out of the aether.)
I think it could be a very useful item and could make an interesting thing in general.
Speaking from experience, it is very frustrating when im riding a moa, and a slime jumps it, takes it out from under me, and then dives off a cliff out of the aether.
This happened recently and all i could think was "i wish i had it tagged like my dog."
I personally have at least 3 moa's running around the overworld, and i am sure others have even more.
Thank you for taking the time to read this,
DoA

Re: Pet tags
This sounds like a very good idea, actually, to have a list of tagged animals in a UI with World and Co-ordinates to find them.

Re: Pet tags
The only reason why I have not hatched any moa eggs so far is because Im afraid I'll lose them. But if this idea is implemented, ill be able to hatch them safely.

Re: Pet tags
Yes please, I've lost three black moas and I'd love to have a way of locating them, if they don't despawn.

Re: Pet tags
This would be a nice addition to the game. It would be like the name tags that already exist, but better.

Re: Pet tags
Pet tags sound like a lovely idea. I lose my wolf arsenal all the time, this would be a handy way of locating them.
