New mod
I think a cool mod to add to the server would be thaumcraft. it adds magic and New mobs into the game. also things called soul shards that allow you to capture the souls of mobs and depending on how many of that particular mob u kill u can create variations of a spawner of that mob type. again just a suggestion.

Can't you at least take a moment to look if mods aren't already suggested?
Every mod is suggested for like 4 to 10 times.
As for this mod, making your own spawners would ruine the economy even more!

its a mod called "soul shards" they are un realated to each other

I would sugest soul shard's but not thaum craft because you would have to make a new word for it

A new beginner spawn with the plugin citizens on an island which one can be regenerated or just pasted with WE. A abbandoned mine should be there, nothing else. The border would be underwater like the bedrock line, so that it is invisible. There should be a small viallage with infrastructure, or an NPC village (woul be possible without citizens too in that way).
