Eh, I don't fully disagree. I don't think they should be unlocked, they should just disappear.

Things aren't going to get much better for a while. I have free time, but I cant use it much or that often.

I put the items from my chest into my inventory, tried to place a block, and the entire stack disappeared. Found it again in the same chest in the same place.

I just lost 2 stacks of Carved Stone and a stack of Sentry Stone. I tried to place it and it disappeared. HELP.

I think that the time people have to spend in beginner should be decreased to one hour. Many players are deterred by the fact that they have to wait such a long time in a small area. also one hour would also suffice to catch most griefers since I don't think many players would wait 2 hours to grief...
