how about no whitelist..but they cant mine for 10 minutes in the beginning...and then after that they can.
this will cause most griefers to disappear as they dont want to wait.

i personally dont want birds, they fly around everyhwere and can get really annoying..i want bears and mountain cats/big cats ooh and silverfish xD

u shud hire ppl and give em as amny tools as they need, let them keep ores, and they will gain mining experience.....also giving items such as diamonds to most productive players....just a hint
