why not automate it with command blocks and such? I feel like it would take some time to figure out and get working but in the long run people will be able to play and enjoy your raid whenever without you having to spend all day hosting it at specific times.

% of damage dealt giving you that percentage of a chance at getting the reward seems like the most fair way to reward the high damaging players while giving the new guys a shot at the prize.

Maybe 5 seconds after the first death, 10 after 2, 20 after 3, 30 after 4, and 1 min delay...

blaster report to the police if it is an ongoing thing still. One of my lil bros friends had that problem and they actually managed to trace it to the dumb asses who were doing it and arrest them. Ddosing is actually a big deal as in you can get into legal trouble.
