As handy said, anything outside global and IRC is allowed, that includes Party and PM's.

BBCode in signatures are pretty much broken at the moment which should be fixed if you ask me.

Size doesn't work, italic doesn't work, quotes doesn't work, nothing works.

This is just a quick suggestion but getting some more loot from dungeons would be nice.
So would adding some sort of special axe be for people trying to get Axes up and so forth, the best we can get is Gravitite Axe and that ain't so good.

A maze would just shorten the span of new guys since they would be too lazy and bail out instantly.

And there is a sign at spawn that says "Can't build? /warp build?" so they're just lazy to read rules overall.

There is a sign saying wether it was reseted or not.
