I am trying to log on to the server, but when I type in the address and hit enter, it says that "The server responded with an invalid server key." Not sure exactly what to do here. I also do not have the craftland jar installed as I do not know if it up to the new 1.0 release. Thank you for the help.

Well there is a negative and a positive to whitelist.

Pro- it keeps randoms from just joining the server and griefing.

con- it makes it harder for random people who don't have friends who already have access to this server to join and possibly make this server their new home for multiplayer.

Just try to be patient. In the meanwhile, just play some other games until the server gets updated

so many fixes.

I use a lot of different texture packs from time to time. One is painterly pack, which anyone can customize if you want. When you open the minecraft application, before logging into minecraft, click options and select force update. Then log in and try getting on to the server. I don't know if that is the fix, but I had something similar happen to me and that is what I did to fix it

Hey guys. I didn't know this so just letting everyone else know that the server is now running on 1.5 so if you haven't switched, do so at this time.

There is a news section in the forums where info like "what update the server is running on" is posted and other things concerning the server, but maybe it could be placed like on the top where the online status is.
